Products
We sell organic cotton swaddles and related products.
We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and images accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
As our products are made from natural materials, slight variations may occur.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:
Product availability
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP £ and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its payment providers. We do not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier or destination. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging where possible
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Product Safety
Our swaddles should always be used in accordance with safe sleep guidance.
Customers are responsible for supervising babies while using our products and ensuring products are used appropriately and safely.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to Swaddled and Surrounded LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it.
