At Swaddled and Surrounded LTD, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
Returns
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us at info@swaddledandsurrounded.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Free from damage, stains, or odours
Returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or are not in a resellable condition.
Personalised or custom-made items (if applicable) are non-refundable unless faulty.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
